The Negative Effects of Neutral Gates on Picketing

Writers on the West Coast claim that studios are trying to sabotage some of the picketing efforts, dubbing all gates as neutral gates or parking big trucks near picket lines. Have you found that to be the case on the East Coast when you're picketing the studios?
