I've seen water flowing down the gutters of streets also I've seen it in towns in the south of France when I've been there on holiday. It reminds me of my childhood holidays in France maybe one of the reasons that they flow water through the streets is because sometimes the streets are a little bit dirty what I mean is there's quite a lot of dog turds and lots of dog poo on the street. Maybe homeless people decide that they can just urinate on the pavement but I'm sure it's not just homeless people as wellmaybe after a few drinks they need the toilet they just think well I'll just go right here in the street um for me that's
