Many primary care doctors are using phenanone, but it's new to the clinic. I think mainly what I'm doing when patients are coming in is first I want to get them started on an ACE inhibitor or angiotens receptor blockers. Then I cycle back to the ACE inhibitor, make sure it's maximized,. There's no dose titration with the SGLT to inhibitors. You put them on a dose and you're done.
