The Placido Effect Could Be a Miracle Cure
There's a whole chapter in sacred medicine about william bangton and his hands on healing with mice that he has injected with breast cancer. And the curious thing about bill's science is that he couldn't prevent any of the mice from getting cured, that the placibo mice were getting cured as well as the treated mice. He had to literally take them off sight so that the the researchers never even had any contact with the mice. But if they were anywhere in the vicinity of the researchers, they seemed to have some sort of odd spontaneous remission. That really got me thinking about the placibo effect - maybe part of how we could explain these sort of miracle cures at places like loards.
