Democracy Is Not Just an Election Dilemma

After a certain level of incentives, it really comes down to motivation, duty, and discipline for these leaders to do a good job. It's not the owner of their companies, but even among the ones who are, this is temporary. Ironically, this makes democracy more stable in the long run because it prevents the dissent into a single ideology. In representative democracies, there's a lot more transparency.
