"The secret to doing those things is to not do the big thing, but to make it into manageable small things," she says. "If you asked me how small, i would say, you can't go too smallanddnd,. And that is because, like, if you do accomplish the tiny, tiny goal that you set, guess what? You just have more confidence going into the next one."
