The Difference Between Candor and Obnoxious Aggressive Candor
Jason, can i have you and kem drilled down a little more on the candor that you're describing. And just make sure that we distinguish between what we would call radical candor, or compassionate candor, and obnoxious aggression. Jason: I thinkthat the really important thing to remember is something we've said often, but it's worth repeating, that it gets measured, not at the speaker's mouth, but at the listener's ear if it's radical candor.
