I think my process is a little too linear. It was always more back and forth and everyone together. I also used words that I wouldn't use anymore. And we shouldn't use requirements like you said requirements and I'm like, what do you mean? You walk around and ask people what they want. So there are all these things that we've now learned. How do you go about enabling that or unlocking that? What have you learned works for kind of getting to that place with the happiness? For us, it's really important to trust the team."
