Mentor: The thing that holds people back is typically one large thing rather than a lot of small things. In general, if the whole life that's grown up having a particular perception of themselves and having a particular identity, that's not something you can flip overnight, right? And it takes a while to rewire your brain and rewire your identity in a way to from, hey, I'm great at software development, but that also means I'm terrible at public speaking and that's okay.
