Is Donald Trump Engaging in White Identity Politics?
I totally agree that Donald Trump and certainly the far right are engaged in white identity politics. I have really no disagreement with that. How do you respond to that without deepening the extent to which this country is organized around the lines of identity politics? So one response is well look if that's what they're actually doing then the only response is that we should be doing too right because otherwise one group's interests are represented in the pro-system and the others aren't so we just need to fight fire with fire.
