I recently had a conversation with somebody who talked to me about how we are actually kind of shrinking the sizes of the kind of communities that we're in. The whole social media space used to be gigantic and everybody could talk to everybody. But now we're finding all these little niche communities in which we find people that we can actually build relationships with and that we can trust. This is how I feel those relationships with businesses are starting to become more important as they happen between people, not just companies.
