"I think a lot of these people that call 911 that are possibly guilty of a crime, they almost act hysterical because that's what they think they should be acting like," he said. "If you're over the top hysterical, if you're completely calm, somewhere in between, I think if people are suspicious of you, they're going to be suspicious of you hearing that call"
