The Importance of Trust in a Platform

Murdoch lobbied the government there for a law that would force Facebook and Google to negotiate with them. That's kind of started the process, which took news out of Facebook. We forget that when you think about the revenue base of these companies, the news is actually a rounding error. For them, it's just not worth the headache and the hassle of dealing with this. The only thing Facebook and Google really fear is the regulator. But the regulators and news go together. And so for us, it's about day one being very transparent about what we're doing,. And hopefully our actions can speak louder than the words.
