The markets are more unsettled than they have been in some time. The fed has really provided a tremendous amount of accommodation over the past couple of years or so, and they're slowly shifting gears towards removing some of that accommodation. And then lastly, we're seeing some of the highest rates and terms of inflation that we've seen in decades. Ah, we think there's going to probably be some moderation nflation as we go through the year. We'll help us understand what's going on in the trade to day.
