The Dissociative Identity Disorder
Dissociative identity disorder is a severe condition in which two or more distinct personalities are present. The person also experiences memory loss, too extensive to be explained by ordinary forgetfulness. Some believe that because dissociative identity patients are easily hypnotized, their symptoms are ettrogenetic. But studies have corroborated identity transitions in some patients.
