The Big Thing Is Everybody
There's a mental model behind the forcmetrics. It starts from kind of checking or development complete down to running in production, but not necessarily released. By having an end to end model, lots of stuff that would be segregated and siloed, suddenly become kind of cross conversations. And people are er or ware of it and care about it. That has a big impact, in my experience, because not everybody's used to that.
