The Importance of Taking Risk in Your Business
There's seven properties that you facilitate. Not all of them are owned by you personally, but you cover the deficit of rent. Yes. So what I do is I take out a head lease with all the investors and say, this is what we're doing. We're providing homes for people with homelessness. We look after them as if they are one of our NDIS properties. A lot of these investors have actually invested into some of ourNDIS stuff as well. But anyway... Sure. No, I'm happy to talk about it because it is a great thing for Australia, the NDIS. It has its challenges obviously, but it is a Great Thing For People With Disability.
