Sally Kohn: I was curious to try it out myself. The person who leads these classes is Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He developed this in the 80s, and so he conducts them on a cassette tape. She says there's obviously some gigantic benefits that they can take away from a simple breathing exercise.Kohn: It sounds like the life that you're living now in terms of health as a big factor is very different than what you were 15 or 20 years ago.
