The Conversation of Growth Isn't About External Growth

Lloyd: I think one of the problems is that when we think about growth, obviously, what happens for a lot of pastors and leaders as they immediately go to external growth. And i believe it's where the conversation matters. If we would give ourselves to internal growth, i believe it would manifest in the right ways in external growth. But often we're consumed by external growth,. sometimes for very right reasons, and sometimes for very ego driven and selfish reasons.
