When we repeat a story over and over to ourselves, that's commonly known as like, rumination. And it's a big predictor of depression, when someone keeps repeating to this. Do you think there are helpful or productive ways of retelling our stories to ourselves? When people sit down to write about something that's happened to them, how do you try and get them to start with something small? You just need to stop worrying about creating a complete narrative, i'm just to start with like, one memory, something i qan't often get people just to use the writing prompt,. Just pick one little aspect.
