The Southern Bapist Congregation Is a Bottom Up Organization

The southern bapist convention has a rather unique structure among denominations that allows this. The congregation sinds messengers, they're the ones who ultimately put the people into positions to make make decisions and exercise leadership. Most of those named in the report had already been removed before the report came out. And i feel like i'm doing this really is my act of service to what these missionaries are on the field.
