One thing that can come up as an obstacle for head types and relationships is a sense of uncertainty around emotions, especially other people's emotions. It can be hard sometimes, creating understanding of emotions because they can seem illogical or irational to a head type. Head types do not dedicate energy and time throughout life to exploring emotions. And this makes them not know what emotion they are feeling at the moment,. They find it difficult to name it.
