Is There a God's Eye View of the World?
There is no transcendent meaning that exists independently of context and interpretation. No one can stand outside of history and culture with a transcendental, transcendental, fixed objective frame of reference for language. This is what's true of language is also true of the world. You interpret the world through your flawed, biased, finite human perspective; you can't get a God's-eye view of the world either.
