The Work-Life Balance at a Consulting Firm
I was really attracted to the idea of never really doing the same thing more than once so I wanted to do a lot of like industry exploration and there's also other exciting aspects of being consulted. A pretty busy week for me will be very front-loaded Monday through Thursday but rarely if ever in my experience consulting have had to work on the weekend which is huge pro. So maybe you might work until just after dinner or around dinner time that would be like a good day, then working later into the evening towards getting creeping into your bedtime would be bad. But overall still better than other positions who work a little bit harder in like similar-ish kind of roles.
