How to Get Control of the Bar in the Press

You can't make long term progress in the if you cannot precisely control fine, small increases in weight on the bar. The double layback just happens when the weight gets heavy enough. If you have a good theoretical understanding of what it is you're supposed to be doing, it's easier to do than if you just or trying to copy a movement patternyou've seen. And then we bounce and press. It's really easy to learn.
