China Supports UN Security Council Reform

Bonnie Raison: There's an ongoing discussion about reform of the UN Security Council. She says China is interested in supporting it, but there are also silences on its part. Raison: No great state is looking to have its veto power necessarily restrained. But she adds that changes would need two-thirds support from all five members of the council.
