The BMA's Northern Ireland GP Committee
Dr Alan Stout is co-chair of the BMAs UK GP Committee. He's also chair of the BMA Northern Ireland GP Committee. Dr Stout tells Ellie how an entire third of the country's GP practices, so that's 98, have been at serious risk of closure over the past 18 months. Half of them are considered to be in enough immediate danger to be working alongside a crisis team.
