Every week for 20 minutes, I give you my best tips, advice and guidance as an expert business English coach. The first one is really if you're at the situation where you’re not saying anything at all. You might think oh I'm definitely in that category. Maybe you send them a little message in Slack rather than actually speaking for yourself.
