The Role of Urinary Catheters in Rehabilitation
Usually the catheter shouldn't be there more than 24 hours, you know, I mean, once the patient's able to pee correctly and there's no urinary tension. Having bladder stimulants helps in that case in order to remove the catheter. If the patient cannot move, like, for example, pelvic fracture or they have a lumber part, those will have to remain. And then if it's someone who is paraplegic or a quad, like, what long term solutions you have.
