I think there was a worry that I think they had in their mind like a customer, you know what I'm saying? I've seen the book on the shelf and it says Low Expectations and they're like, I don't have Low Expectations. So we ended up with the title disrupting DC, which I think has at least DC in the title. But yeah, I mean, to your question and Katie, help me out here. What are the ways in which Uber is attempting to mold people's expectations about what they can expect from urban life.?
