"I think what i've tried to do with this podcast and hopefully it's worked is to bring someone on like yourself many other people and try and find a way to make that other person shine," he says. "It was only after getting a lot of feedback from other people that that sort of made it clear that that would be value additive" He adds: "You have to put your ego aside there you have to say hey look my job is to do stuff that my boss can take credit for rather than get as much credit as i can myself let me"
