The Power of Friendship

I want to make sure that this concept of shifting our focus towards influence and the formula of friendship, exponentially increased over time is available to us all wherever you are. And I'll give you an example from my own life from a totally different sector of not in sort of the faith and politics world. So, uh, I run a consulting firm in the social sector, the secular social sector in the Bay Area. It was really a sobering and discouraging exercise because there's no really straight correlation between the strategic planning projects that I thought was like our A plus work and the change that happened over time.
