What to Expect When a Psychosocial Inspector Visits Your Organization

We blend consulting with education and technology to help our clients achieve a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. These new obligations were always contained in the existing Workplace Health and Safety Act from 2011. But many organisations didn't feel that they felt obliged to interpret this as well as physical health, even though that was definitely the intent. To be very clear, we need regulations do not actually bring about a new obligation for employers.
