I Think We're Going to Have a High Turnout All Round

I think both sides are going to see historically high turnout for a mid term m election, certainly higher than we were expecting at the beginning of this cycle. I don't thin they're republican either. They're not hard partisans. They're making a decision on a case sbie case basis. And yet wisconsin has found itself in that very narrow range of scenrios in two of the last three major elections. So you canot have to bet on military vote being important.
