And so you bind yourself with a huge amount of those qualities and then that's a big invitation for all these exile parts to come in and get help. It's like a, the selfness is the real, is the real father. Yeah. In a way, and, and the manager parts pretend to be the father, like pretend to be dad and be like, I know what to do everybody. Right.
