How Do You Deal With Your Emotions?
i think actually my instinct is to spend time by myself. If i'm really not in a good mood or, like, not in the right head space, i like to spend time alone also. I realize that the best way for me to process my emotions is to talk about it and you open up to people about it. And i would say having a therapis helps a lot because unlike, ok, i have to have something, or like, at least in two weeks, i'll see my therpist,. so that hopefully will help resolve some of these feelings and stuff.
