The Importance of Working for a Company
Do they just sort of follow in the footsteps of the family business? I think that would be more with the domestic guys. With what we do, there's no such thing as going out on your own and having a crack. You have to work for one of the big four, if that works. Yeah. A little bit of a sense. Right. So you basically work for a company. You get paid a steady wage, and they pay you super,. You get all the entitlements, et cetera. Correct. In my specialty, we get paid great penalties. We get paid a higher super rate than usually used to be about 9%, so our standard super was 12%.
