Industrial is not one of those asset classes that are getting disrupted by e-commerce, you're actually benefiting from some of these trends. The case for Class B industrial is you can't rebuild it. Unlike other asset classes where you live in a class A apartment and make more money, maybe you move to a class B house or an office building. So they're very sticky tenants; they're showing up to do business.
