This is not engineering advice. This building was built on top of an underground parking garage, adjacent to the seafront. As a result, the whole building was essentially sort of a boat. I thought maybe if this were linked to climate change, since the sea level is going up, the forces, especially on the midsection of the building, would cause it to bend in that section.
