One of the main breathing techniques is what we call pervasive breath. This allows you to feel that breath in a way from the centre, the central channel, to the periphery all your limbs. And then even at the end of the exhalation, what the text recommends is, when you exhale, two vocalizations that you use. One is ha, which is the normal sense of exhalation.
