I think one thing which is missing from this model is that if you have a vision driven company, you need to build innovative things. And sometimes there can be quite hard to justify. People end up either tweaking their numbers to make their idea end up at the top of the list or they end up tweaking their model in order to fit their idea of what they think it should be going. I point out all the time that it's not going to help them. You know, capture the information, you can capture things like impact, effort and confidence and broadpad but we don't have a tool to multiply it. We show it in a cool scatter plot. But you can't multiply it
