Waste Management and Re Cycling in Greater Manchester

Nine councils in greater manchester have joined together to provide waste management and re cycling services. The combined authority already had things like culture, education and highways transport under it. So now residents of the area can benefit from a big contract and economis of scale with one operator for all material coming in. But we still got nine different ways of collecting the waste.
