I think there's also a little bit of this inferiority complex I mean British people or maybe a little reluctant to take pride in their food because you have this history of a globe spanning empire and the home cooking of this like major global power which is really just humble. So I wanted to just be able to say like let's stand up and be like this food is actually fantastic but I think that that kind of contrast has created alittle bit of yeah maybe reluctance to just be like this is great. Anyway we'll certainly get into the British food that is influenced byyou know people from the former colonies and or just contemporary immigrants too.
