The Importance of Owning the Problem

The bottom line is that ultimately, there is no quick answer. Part of our challenge is to create a dialogue that helps the group analyze and understand their problem so they can learn from what is going on in order to create a solution for that. When we offer corrective actions from outside in, they're often pretty good ways to fix the wrong thing effectively. But when we create corrective actions from the inside out, what happens is we spend more time learning.
