How to Cross the Bridge When You Come to It

Many of the souls you were asked, were asked to help were from the southern United States. What trends have you noticed? That was one. One thing that has changed is we used to always feel the need at, at the right moment in the conversation to say, now it's time for you to cross. Now I don't need to coach anybody into that. And then once in a while, there are people that have been through this process who show up to help somebody else.
