Is There a Fee Estimation for Bicoin Transactions?

There's been discussions to reduce the min relay fee and inferate below one sap per v bite o. So with bickin on chan fees, it's not how much your sending that dictates the fee. But there'se situations where a ten bitcoin transaction could be paying a less fee than a one bi coin transaction because the one bitcoin transaction is larger in size. I think it should be resting to see how they compliment each other and play off of each others as the networks develop. And i don't mean that like an arrogant wayi just, e just membis.
