How Do You Manage Your Data Scientists?
I was the first sciencis at the company. And so i've thought about problems in usor engagement, growth, monetization, learning. So done a lot of thinking about all those different aspectsf our product. These days i'm more in a leadership role and transitioned ver into the area of the company that focuses on learning. I am doing a lot of sort of venturing and management of our more junior data scientists to help them kind of do the best work they possibly can do.
