The Importance of Inexplicit Knowledge

It's very implausible that a thing evolved which made for inevitable unpleasantness, like inherently inside the brain. Can you always translate between inexplicit ideas to explicit? Well, it might be hard to do in practice, but in principle it must be possible because of the universality of explicit ideas. Whether there is one chemical or another is information that the amoeba can assimilate and embody in its whole being by moving towards one place or another place like a light switch. That information, I think it's unlike Popper, I don't think that information is worth calling knowledge.
