Acute Sleep Deprivation

There's a lot to unpack here with acute sleep deprivation. How you feel on the day and how you perform is not necessarily correlated. Your actual outcome will probably be tethered closer to what your performance would have been. It wouldn't be ethical to do research on like chronic sleep deprivation. But I think that's a whole other conversation that is also it's equally if not more powerful because people that suffer from poor sleep are going to get worse over time.
