I was actually a stamford cheer leader. I know how to use a bull horn and a megaphone a it's a rare combination. A couple of em started a lawsuit against the raiders for not paying the minimum wage, because they were classified as independent contractors. So i said, this is easy. We're going to make them by code employees so that they have basic labor protections in california. It doesn't mater if you're the physical trainer or picking up the trash. You're all being paid like an employee.
